I did nothing on Monday, did you really expect more than 2 days off from me, lol.

From what I have research, seems like you have to get moving after a few days.

Staying active definitely helps and the chins will help decompress the spine.

Today

More pull ups and dips

10 sets of each 8-10 reps

Tons of poor man reverse hypers and other exercises. Back Feels a bit better and loose right now however it will tighten up again.

Back is still bothering me.

Getting a little better, I was able to put my own socks on haha. Went to the gym this morning, and will do some more exercises today.

Just did some reverse hypers, and body weight box squats.

Also hung on the inversion board for a while, not sure if that really helped. Reverse hyper gave me some relief.

I have come to the conclusion I am just over trained. Lately I have gone from one injury to the next, I have been training 7 days a week, and my conditioning days get intense. An article was posted on elitefts recently with a good program for me.

Basically when I get healthy I will be doing three full body days.

Tuesday: squat OHP row
Thursday: Deads bench pull ups
Saturday: events

Not sure of the volume yet, but I gotta get healthy first. Hoping one more week completely off, just recovery work. Then I can slowly start back into things.
