Bad news!!
My back is re injured. I woke this morning and my mom asked me to move a toilet. After doing this my back is locked up and in a lot of pain. Not sure if something tweaked this morning or yesterday.

I felt fine last night but now I can barely move.

Everything was going so well

Thanks hunter! I am really pusses, just another set back. If I had insurance I would go to the doc, right now I do not have any. Hoping I can make it through work tomorrow

Update
Been missing in action lately. Sunday I injured my back moving a toilet stupid. I think I was very tightened up after Saturday events and working. I hopped out of bed and lifted the toilet. After that, things just tightened up bad. Monday it was hard to walk Monday, getting a bit better. Sitting at work sucks, once I loosen up it is not good bad.

Pain is right near my tailbone and goes into my leg. Hoping I just irritated the purifier is which is pushing on the nerve.

Last couple days:

Pull ups
8-10 sets x 8-12 reps
Varied grip

Dips
8-10 sets of 10-12

Lots of rehab type work, simple exercises. Today I was able to add poor man reverse hypers and some stretching. Feels good right now, but will tighten up again. Only has been a couple days and it feels significantly better than Monday. That was the peak of the pain, the mornings are the worst. Feels better in the evening.

Will keep updating my log.
