Monday speed squats
Pick up the quarter! Thanks for the tip steve, this cue helped me tremendously today. Form and depth is getting better, I am relearning to squat.

Yoke bar squat
Plus light bands
90 x 2 x 2
140 x 2 x 2
180 x 8 x 2
Getting easier to get into the hole

Pin squats with yoke bar
180 x 2 x 3
230 x 3
250 x 5
Up 2 reps form last week

Reverse lunge
60s x 4 sets x 6 reps
These felt terrible, my hip flexors are very sore. I blame the an wheel

Band Gms
Average x 2 x 20
Heavy x 20

That is it. Feeling tight to start, will work on the hip flexors tonight

Tuesday agility drills
Legs felt heavy today, but still got some good work in.

Lots of warm ups

Ladder drills
30 minutes of various drills with minimal rest
Good sweat going and really loosened up

Abs
Ab wheel, plank, band holds

Still getting used to training after work, today was much better than yesterday. Tomorrow is rep OHP, can not wait

Wednesday OHP
Felt very solid, I am loving keeping track of my assistance stuff. Running everything for 3 weeks and making sure I progress.

Stand OHP repetition

160 x 11, think this is an all time pr

Felt solid on these

Camped bar bench, pause one inch off chest

245 x 3 x 5, up 10 pounds from last week
Very happy with this, these were rough but pushed through

Inverse rows

Skull crushers w/ Swiss bar
75 x 8
95 x 3 x 8
Up two reps from last week

Lateral raise
20s x 3 x 20

Pushdowns
Fat cable 150 x 20 170 x 20 burn
Average band x 2 x 20
Mini band single arm x 12

Hammered the tris today, and you can see the progress. Next cycle I will switch up assistance and run it for three weeks. Starting to feel good.
