Friday quick speed work out

Sled sprints
Sled x 2
Plus 25 x 2
Plus 45 x 2
Plus 70 x 2
Plus 45 x 2
Plus 25 x 2

These felt good, felt kinda slow. Sled was on grass today, 10 times harder than the street. Yoke tomorrow, time to carb up

Saturday strongman
Felt good today just really hit yoke. Pressed for time a little bit. Need to continue to focus on tightness. Looking into getting a strongman belt by rehband.

Yoke
All about 25 feet
180 x 4
230 x 2
300 x 2
380 x 2
450 x 2
500 x 2
530 x 2, this was tough
380 x 4
These felt pretty solid, I am approaching my top end number. Will slowly get back to it, trying to stay pain free.

Front squat yoke
180 x 4
Just wanted to feel these, pretty good

One arm KB swing
40 x 8 each
50 x 2 x 8 each

Felt solid today, things are going well

Nice yolk walks. I needed some motivation to go out and get my sprints done today. This journal reminded me to Man-Up. I'm going to go lace up my running shoes. . .

Monday ME Squats
Rough start today, I had a ton of tightness. It was my fault though, I have gotten lazy with some of my prehab work on my low back. Rough weekend, went to a graduation, so Saturday was a heavy drinking night. Sunday I did not eat or drink enough, and sat all day including a car drive. Should have hit some mobility work last night, but I was so tired I passed out early. Gotta push through, figured a lot out today. I must say, my hips are feeling a lot better since starting mobility wods.

Yoke Bar Squats
90x 2x 3
140 x 3
180x 3
230 x 3
250 x 1
270x 1
290 x 1
This is the heaviest I have squatted in a while. Felt pretty good.

Happy with these, felt awesome, really helped with form issues.

Did some rehab stuff after. Feeling much better now, going to crush water tonight, and hit some good mobility work. I will get healthy eventually.
