Saturday strongman
Finally a decent session, farmers felt decent. My top set had a little pain on the pick. I need to work on keeping the same form in my top sets as the lighter sets. I run into this problem on all my Deadlifts, just a confidence thing.

Farmers
*all sets about 40-50 feet
120 each hand x 2 sets
160 x 2 sets
210 x 2 sets
230 each hands x 1 set
Felt it a little bit in my back here, just the pick the carry was fine
160 x 1

Keg clean and press
8 singles with full keg
Been a while took some getting used to

Suitcase Deads with farmer handle
70 x 5
90 x 3 x 5
Need to do these more, they target my weakness

Keg carries
10 runs x 100 feet, turn at 50 feet
Basically did these until I was worn out, took very short rest, 30 secs max

This session really helped my motivation. It went really well. I am planning on doing yoke one week and farmers the next. Especially since the yoke is at the gym. Time to get serious, weather is getting nice. Tomorrow is my body building day!

Thanks hunter, it is getting better. Been struggling with it a bit. But injuries are expected when you push to the limits

Sunday quick work out
Little bit of a late night last night, friend is moving out of town. I am very sore today, but got some work in

Log clean and press, strict
105 x 2 x 3
125 x 3
145 x 3
165 x 3 pr, struggle
Add push press
195 x 1
215 x 1
145 x 10
Wow, need to work on my reps with log, I was so gassed after this set, not good

Curls with log
55 x 10
75 x 8
85 x 2 x 8
55 x 16
These are tough

Dips
BW x 2 x 10
Plus light band x 3 x 10

Couple sets of banded curls, push downs and some good mornings.

Squats tomorrow, will do some more stretching later

Nice going J. Ever tryed repping with the log from your lap? I mean like a hang clean and press kind of, but dead paused in the lap instead on each rep. Its a real killer trust me =)

Solid 10 repper btw.
