Wednesday Squats Back on Track
Squats felt very heavy today, but my form and depth were solid. I am happy with this. I knew I was going to barely hit the prescribed reps, and that is what I did. These were a grind.

Squats
145x2x5
235x5
285x3
325x2
365x1
385 x 8
This is a borderline PR, I have hit higher reps than this with knee wraps. But I did not wrap today. Satisfied

Deadlifts off Mats w/ chain
*all sets plus 100 pounds of chains
135x3
225x2x3
315 x 8 singles - 30 seconds rest
This was basically a speed workout. I will deadlift heavy on Saturday

Yoke Bar Pause Squats
90 x 5
180 x 2 x5
These were pretty tough

GHR / situps on GHR superset
BW x 3 x 10-ghrs
BW x 3 x 20-sit ups

That is it. Still was pretty tired today. Had a rough day of work, we are so busy right now. I hope it calms down at some point. But it is not looking good.

Very happy with this workout today. My body felt good, just a little slow. Gonna keep pushing, next week is going to be a serious deload. It has been a while for one of them.

Thursday OHP
Shoulders were a little tight, I benched on Tuesday this week rather than Monday. This had an affect on my results. No big deal. Still Solid

Band Pushdowns
light band x 20, 18, 17

Overall a great session. I am going to hit deadlift hard on Saturday and then take a deload week. Depending on how I am feeling I will do some strongman on Sunday. I will probably hit some log and then maybe some easy tire flips. Next week is serious deload it has been a long time since I have really done one.

I am going to hit one heavy lift next week, which is Push Press, just want to see where it is at!
