Nice! I use double overhand until I can't use it anymore, then I opposite grip and chalk, until that fails, then I go home.

Thumbs up Week 4, Day 5

Date: 18 NOV 11

Workout: Week 4, Day 5
Time: 3:00 AM 4:20 AM
Duration: 1 Hour and 20 Minutes


Squat: Felt really good, no problems.

120 x 5
145 x 5
175 x 5
205 x 5
245 x 3
175 x 8

Bench: When I got to the 5th set, I did 3 reps then thought that 2 more wouldnt kill me since I have the next 2 days to recover.

100 x 5

150 x 5

Row: Lower back was on fire again by the end of the session, but that means its improving. I accidentally did 5 reps on the 5th set instead of 3 oh well.

Cable Crunches: Im doing these standing now (as opposed to on my knees) after I saw someone from elitefts say it makes no sense to him to do ab exercises laying down or seated when you use them for stability when lifting while standing. It made sense to me.

Chins: Superset with dips.

Shadow Boxed for 1-2 minutes.

I weighed in at 206.5 today, which is the most Ive ever weighed, so congrats to me. Yay, me! Also, despite having a cold that is kicking my ass, the weights were moving pretty easily. I feel strong. Im going to probably keep chins and dips this way (on day 5 and superset) because of the 2 days afterward reserved for recovery. Week 4 is done, week 5 here I come. Time to eat a lot and fight this sickness. As always, thanks for stopping in!
