Nice work on your workouts. I never have really done an actual deload week, but when my body feels tired i just lighten the weight and concentrate on reps.

i had to take a week off because of work, so i'm having to deal with missing that week when i didn't physically need to and i can feel the difference. i'm already getting back to normal though, so no worries.

Notes: I was having an awesome workout until some d-bag on a SMITH MACHINE stopped me after my last set of rows and said “hey, that’s annoying and it says right there ‘no dropping the weights’,” while pointing at a sign. Granted, there was a sign, however the floors are rubber mats, and I do pendlay rows twice a week in the same manner and no one has ever said anything, most importantly the staff has never said anything. I wanted to tell the dude to turn his music up and go back to fake squatting, but all I said was “Appreciate it,” and left the area. Fortunately, I was done with my rows. Anyway, d-bag aside it was an excellent session.

I think I tweaked something doing crunches because I’m feeling a slight pain in my abs toward my left side, upper oblique area. I might decrease the weight on cable crunches for a little while if it’s still tender on Monday.

for future reference bring an iPod and when anyone goes to talk to you just say " i cant hear you over my music" and keep on working out!
