Well, when I'm warmed up, the problem on shoulder doesn't bother me to having the optimal ROM to hold the bar in low bar position for Back Squats, but when the weights go up, I feel pain in the area just from the bar sitting on my back.
That (and the problem in general) "hurts" my performance.
My performance is a bit lower with the weights I use, as it was a few months ago with the same/or more weights.
I can "see" it mostly on Back Squats and Floor (Horizontal) Presses, and a bit on the other movements.
The good part is that I maintain my strengths in an acceptable level.
