maybe it is, it became a habit, I can't wait too long resting between sets, like be in a hurry, and can't go back to resting longer

Interesting lift. Not seen that before, but a great variation.

I saw them done by athletes (especially long jump athletes), very explosive and with big weights, at the local olympic weightlifting club where my little daughter goes.

NOTES
Bodyweight at training: 85.2 kg

I was doing the "scheduled" ramp in Front Squats and when I was at sets with 100 and 110 kilos, I felt the weights light (hence the lower RPEs), so I decided to make a bigger jump in load after that and continue with singles as far as it goes, and I got a PR.

I thought to do the same in Sumos, at least to match my PR in them (210 kgs), but I was tired*.
I'm also some kgs lighter in bodyweight as then, but in relative strength we can consider it a PR too (the 200 kgs), it's first time I go in Deads 2,35 times my bodyweight.

*With the PR in Front Squats fatigue came in, so it was a very hard session after that.
I had to do a bit less straight sets in Box Squats and Clean High Pulls (they were ugly today).

At the end, it was a very good training day!
