Nice 5X5 on the squats and bench - did you just run out of gas on the last set of squats?

I also thought npull-ups were strong!

Thanks Mike, squats are now capped at 120kgs for a few weeks while I work on my form and also to let it heal up a bit more.,
Feeling a bit more stable at them these days so that’s a good sign , hopefully!

25kgs plate x 20 – 3sets


Notes
Slight weight increases from last week , so all good.
Finding it hard to shake this cold, energy was down but got through it none the less.
Must be the cold LtL had recently
