Thanks Jim and jord.

Have not really managed to push past this point on military press before, but hopefully this cycle I might manage 90kg for 3 , which would be progress...
Usually do the first rep as a hang clean and press but not certain I could do that with 90kg so might set up from the rack instead

thanks for looking in guys

3/5/1 Cycle 2 Wk 2

Squat
[Goal] Actual
[120x5] 120x5
[135x5] 135x5
[155x5+] 155x5

Assistance
1.Squats: 5 sets of 10 – 100kgs**
2.Hanging Straight Leg Raise : 5 sets of 15
3.SS with Leg Curls: 5 sets of 6 – 30kgs

Notes
Must have had some weak sauce for breakfast today as that 155kg set I barely got out the 5 , then I usually trash out 5 sets of 10 with 100kg but had to drop to 80kgs for the last 3 sets,
just over 5 weeks ago i was doing 5 sets of 5 with 160kgs

For the last month my squat has been slowly weakening , I really hope this is due to the calorie deficit , I dunno , im frustrated with it now…

Apparently squat + bench are the most affected by weight loss while deadlifts can stay fairly solid. Mind you, it may just have been a bad day at the office. I looked over your log from the start there briefly, your progress has been immense in the past year, very inspiring.

Do you know your exact calorie and protein intake right now?

I want to see where they fall, and also see how your carbs looks.

Hang in there, Mark! Your body will adjust. Still putting up big numbers even so.

I think it is more a battle in your mind right now.
I'm sure you will be hitting same or better numbers in next session ...
