2. 20 Rep Squat set: 100kgs +10Kg from last week , punishment for the crap deadlift


M Press

[60x5+] 65x10 Same as last week

1. BTNP : 5 sets of 10 at 40kg


Notes
Missed yesterdays session as I slightly strained something in my back on Wednesday night so common sense prevailed and I rested yesterday.
Felt a lot better today so just did the big lifts from the two remaining days and dropped the assistance.

Some quality sessions, deads will come round but you've definitely got your squat sorted. Looking forward to see how far you can push that 20 repper up.
