Assistance
1.Hanging Straight Leg Raise : 5 sets of 15 (20,20,15,10,10)
2.SS with Leg Curls: 5 sets of 6 @30kg
3.Leg Press: 5 sets of 10 @120kg


Notes
tired today but should have gotten more reps at the 5+ set.
getting better at the Hanging Straight Leg Raise , want to get these up to 5 sets of 20.

Solid session. How are you hanging for the leg raises? I struggle to hold on at the end of the session and they become a grip exercise more than abs.

straight arm and really trying to make sure there is no momentum with the body…..funny you should say that about the grip , I agree completely with that,,,,
