Ha thanks Jim, considering 340 was my 1RM at the meet last April it sure does feel good, ive put in a lot of effort between then and now to get up to a respectable number

Great stuff, Mark! Yes, your awesome progress has made me realize much more is possible if you set your mind to it. I still think about those Smolov sets you did in wonder.

thanks for the kind words mike.
To be honest I donít think any of the work I did while on smolov is beyond anyone who is prepared to work hard.
I hope to have another run at it next year!

Not too annoyed about the miss Ė im only starting to focus on the bench again so that 140 will fall soon enough

DB Row
40 x 15 , 4 sets

Some cardio work!


Notes
Ran out of time , still some ok work done.

Enough messing around , next week its back to business and more hard work
