Unlucky on the 205 by the sounds of it.

You'll have it and more in due time!

Hows your weight looking at the minute? Have you decided which weight to eneter the push/pulls at or are you just gonna train hard, eat big and slot into whichever it may be?

Did your upper back feel like it was getting ripped in half? That normally happens me when I hit PR territory. How did the 200kg feel? Could easily have been a bad day at the office. No doubt you have 205-210 in you.

Solid pulls Mark, despite not getting the 205kg's Perhaps it was just the day, as deads are finicky!! However, it was nice to see that I am pulling just as much as you these days, as I did 440 at my meet in July.

weight is at 103.5kg at the moment , so now starting the slow decent to around 95kg (ish) i think im gonna just clean up the diet a good bit and then see what happens... i like being around 95kg , its a good fit.

to be honest no it didnt....on the first effort i got the bar up just couldnt get the hips forward and lock out . . holding it was fine and no grip issues (despite no chalk) ill just have to get some heavy rep work in and come back at it another day

No. It is hurting even more. I think I've hit it real bad. I haven't touched Bench / DL since a week. Need to see a doctor ... may be tomorrow ...
