i reckon it should do , at the halfway point my deadlift had gone from 190kg up to 202.5kg with no training it...

hopefully i can get a few more kg out!

Doing something like Madcow is the plan so? 5 rep deadlifts are a bloody pain if you go down that route Nice benching also, getting that beach chest

yeah , kind of , as i get closer to the meet in November ill be doing different things for deadlift , at the moment im doing smolov jnr for chest....

Week 1 : Wednesday - Aug 1

Deadlift
100 x 5
100 x 5
120 x 5
140 x 1
150 x 1
160 x 1
180 x 1
200 x 1
205 x 0 2inches from lock out so not counting it.
205 x 0 FFFFFFUUUUUUUUUU !

Old PR of 202.5kg still stands

Bench
102.5 x 5

7 sets sets of 5




Notes
no movement on the deadlift PR , i need to learn from why i didnt lock out that 205kg
back to rep work on these now.
bench going ok i guess.
