Squats and deads overall looking very good mark. I agree that the hips are just moving a hair first. It's really difficult to find that ultimate sweet spot where everything moves in synchronicity. Somehow, if my timing is off on the first rep, my body will auto-correct itself for subsequent reps. However, that does me no good at a meet.
