Some fine, fine work Mark. Like BtB said, an ugly rep is better than a failed one.

I ran a few cycles fo 3/5/1 and liked it, though I did have to be a little conservative with the 5's week. Will be interested to see how well it works for you.

2 strong session. Your deads have flown up over the last few months, 200kg in no time. Bench is strong as usual, 135kg for 3 singles is great, ugly or not!

first time doing front squats so went light and good job i did. they will take some getting used to.

less said about the miss on 155 the better

That happens sometime no biggie, you got back up and smashed it.

I've tried front squating while warming up, that is the devil lift nuff said.

thanks guys, not really sure why i missed it, ive done 155kg more times than i remember now. maybe i took it for granted and learned a valuable lesson.

Great work mate and a beastly comeback on that 155. Front squats are a killer so good work on getting started with them.
