I ran 3/5/1 and really liked it. Also some very strong pressing!

1.Pendlay Row : 5 sets of 5 (100kg)
2.EZ Bar Curls : 4 sets of 12 (30kg)
3.Side Bends with 20kg plate: 3 sets of 20
4.Planks : 45 seconds on 30 seconds off : 3 sets

Notes

so i decided to switch over to 3/5/1 for a few cycles and see how it goes.
this should help me focus on the heavy singles on week 1 and 3 and hopefullt get my total well over 500kg

we'll see how it goes.

thanks for looking in Fazc,

the 190 was only the second time i pulled this weight. last time was in the meet.
had no chalk for this so it felt much harder than the first time i did it.
still went up good. was considering one more single for 200kg but common sense kicked in .
