i am not a great swimmer at all , so its a very relaxed swim , more rest & paused than anything else....

im on saturday week, just deads today and Press tomorrow and then thats it for a week.

i usually try swim once a week - i find it helps with the aches and pains!

Exams all week so more stress and less sleep than I'd like but I'm hitting 90kg every morning and feeling good. Light mobility work to keep loose is all I've done but I'm feeling strong so I'll just have to wait and see what happens on the day
