good session. hadnt done dips in ages so threw them in.
did a set at BW and said id go with weighted dips for the first time - i like them!

Excellent stuff, Mark! Impressive to regroup after getting pinned on that first squat. Of course your bench and deads are rolling right along. You're going to do great at the the meet, but Good Luck anyway!
