awesome work mark! that's funny about the gym ettiquete because the other day i experienced the same thing and it struck me as bizarre, but more importantly it's unfortunate that courtesy was strange to me. lol.

February 4th - really looking forward to it now as it will be my first one.
the 120kg felt good so will have a go at 125kg next week i reckon.

Great idea to get those paused reps going on the bench. Stout work indeed. Regarding the gym etiquette, I always invite others to work in because it's just good manners and I hope others would do the same for me. It can be a pain in the arse in the power rack like yesterday when I was doing clean and press (behind the rack so anyone who wanted to do squats could do so) and some guy wanted to do deadlifts. I allowed him in but ended up speeding up my 5x5 push press which wasn't a good idea. It's much easier to allow someone to share when you're both doing the same exercise!

Anyways, best of luck on the 4th of Feb

disappointed to miss the 160 but still set a new PR so cant complain. my aim is to have 160 as my opener for the comp in Feb. will smash it out on week 3
