Great work mate, strong pressing again and nice squatting. That 20kg plate could have broken your toe, narrow escape! And it's just those silly accidents that hurts progress too.

Great pressing!

But watch it with dropping weights I have a bit of nerve damage now after just dropping 25lb on my foot, can't feel my middle toe every now and then.

BTNP didn't take very long to grow on me. It is such a great lift, and to think I listened to all the magazines over the years that said to not do it under any circumstances.

I also like the Face Pulls as assistance. Strong work mate
