Thanks Ravi and Jordan , shoulder is showing signs of getting back to normal , which is great.
Loads of deep heat on it the last few days which is stinking out the office , but it’s a price I am willing to pay

Hopefully do a light bench session Monday , after squats of course!

150kg x 3 – 10sets (330lbs)

Bench
None due to injury – boohiss!

Weighted Cable Crunch
+68kgs x 20 – 3sets

Notes
Most of the squats were good , got a bit rough towards the last 2 sets.
Nice little pain on outside of my right knee as a reward.
This is turning into an injury log!

superb squatting super Alan ... 330*30 is awesome squatting ... Injuries are part and parcel of this sport ... hopefully that knee pain is not serious buddy ... stay healthy and keep smashing the wts ...
