Monday 3 Dec. 2012

Squat
130kg x 7 – 5sets

Bench
None due to injury – boohiss!

Hanging Straight Leg Raise
BW x 15 – 4sets

Notes

Shoulder still not great – did some MPress with the bar only last night to see what way it reacted.
Will try some pulls today , hopefully that goes ok.
Squats were tough but solid.

superb squatting volume Alan ... repeatedly doing 7 reps with 286 requires lots of strength ... great going buddy. Hope that the shoulder will be ok very soon ...

Doing quality back work like you are will no doubt bring up that deadlift by your next meet. Solid squatting will also help of course. Your doing all the right things mate!

5 sets of 3 with almost 400 is pretty darn good Alan. 500 will be yours in 2013

Nice deadlifts.

Thanks Kuyt for calculating that for me! Saved me the trouble figuring out what 175 was in American.
