as shoulder is still pretty sore im gonna skip training today and only do legs tomorrow.
nice shooting pain when i raise my arm up to shoulder height or above.
not a good sign.
will give it the weekend and see what way things are by Monday.

I will look at the bright side and say at least I didn’t get this two weeks ago before the meet , I now have time to recover well before my next meet.

Anyways, where is that squat rack

Don’t think anything is torn (thankfully) , feels like just a strain…. Hopefully will be back next week or week after to the bench…
