Deadlift 95x10,10,10
FreeMotion Pullups 3x10
Rope Pushdowns 3x20 -Superset with- DB Curls 3x15,10,10

Feels great to be using free weights again. Didn't want to go balls to the wall first workout. Focused on breathing and technique.

Been a productive couple of weeks.

Been a whirlwind with getting a new position(now the head trainer at the fitness center I work at), studying for more certifications, and xmas shopping.

Highlights of the past week:

Squat: 225x5
Bench: 225x5
Deadlift: 135x10x3

Feeling good, still easing back into. Going to give it 4-6 more weeks before I try for any max attempts.

Thanks for the check in BTB. Been having some personal issues lately so havent been on the internet all to much. Notables from this past week:

OHP: 175x3
Squat: 335x3
Deadlift: 405x2
Bench: 280x2

Been testing maxes lately, planning on starting a new round of 5/3/1 either next week or the week after. Strength is coming back slowly but surely.
