Another solid sumo day. Will be pushing that to 200+ x 5+ in the next few months.
Make it happen.

Thanks swede. Presses are getting there, still hesitant to push with those and snap some shit up again.

10/01/13 - Squat & Bench

Front Squat
70kg x 8 @7

85kg x 8 @7.5
85kg x 8 @8
85kg x 8 @8

Close Grip
75kg x 6 @7
85kg x 6 @7.5
95kg x 6 @8

100kg x 6 @8.5 CG PB

Ham Curls
55 x 20,20,20

Squats were horrible, impossible to breath for 8 reps.

Close grips were solid, didn't expect that especially with tired tri's from yesterday. Managed a decent arch pain free and even got a little leg drive in there and stayed real strict with my elbow positioning. Also not worn wrist wraps in a couple months and 100kg used to feel unsteady without, feels fine now.

Ham pump to finish.

Feeling strong.

Always good to see pressing work feeling light.

Your back holding up ok with the front squat rep work?

Nice deadlifts and presses. Great work JT.

Maybe I need to bike more! And 40 inches with that rollout? I've got my eye on that. Video when you get it, then put a pint on my tab!

Cheers Al. The velcro on mine went so I just went without, I was a little dependant on them anyway and feel better pressing now.

Ye, no sign of upper back going and no stress on the lower with the upright torso. Quads and lungs were hit hard though.

Thanks Mike, getting back up there.

I do enjoy biking but it only takes a short distance for the lactic acid to start building up. 40 inches is about right ye, it will certainly be on camera and be one of my proudest lifting achievements ha.

11/01/13 - Back & Abs

Pull-Ups
BW x 7,7,6

1 Arm T-Bar
45kg x 12,12,12

Pulldown
40 x 30

Chest Supported Machine Row
40 x 16,16

Ab Wheel
55inch standing partial BW x 10,10,10,10
Knees BW x 20,20
70inch standing negatives BW x 5

Dead. Back feel goood, just a quick 20 mins in and out.

Finished with abs back at the flat. Playing around to see what feels like it might work. Negatives only seem to make sense without the wall otherwise I just drop to it but I am not confident to try a full range.
