Paused-ish Bench

Bench form was sketchy, bar path was really inconsistent which threw me off a few times and I'm still struggling with leg drive. Also felt like I was loosening up at the bottom which is likely due to poor leg drive. Held up a lot better with singles than I have in the past though.

Just fancied throwing a single in on military, really enjoying that lift recently.

My right shoulder finally feels 100% with bench, my left shoulder however has decided to be a little bitch and adopt the exact same problems, nothing major though.

Ab Wheel Rest-pause? count to 10 between each to save time
BW Knees x 20+10+8+6+5

Early morning solo training. Wanted more but I'll take it for now.

Few things to work on with deads; not happy with the tug on the second and need to strengthen my upper back so that I can either keep a flatter back from the floor or lock out better from a rounded position.
