Thanks BtB, pretty sure your traps would tower over me though.

Thanks markie, it's getting there.

20/08/12 - Squat & Deadlift

Squat w/Belt
160kg x 2 @8
165kg x 2 @8 Equal PB
165kg x 2 @8.5
160kg x 2 @8.5
160kg x 2 @9

RDL
130kg x 3 @8
135kg x 3 @8
135kg x 3 @8
135kg x 3 @8
135kg x 3 @9

Oly Squat
80kg x 8 x 4

Decline Sit-Ups
10kg x 15,15,12,12

Best squats have felt in a long time, equal PB but with plenty left in the tank. Fell forward a little on the second 165 so went back down to 160 to hold form a little better, paused the next set by accident but made it pretty easy still. Last set was slowing so called it.

165 for singles last month felt like it would crush me and today felt light, 200kg coming soon. Form on the whole is OK, not consistent enough for my liking but getting there.

RDL's feel good, still getting used to them so some left in the tank there.

Thighs are burning now.

Lovely squatting. For your first 160kg, you really looked as if you had 160x5 in you. Nice RDL's and your back looks bloody wide!

Tight form. Made those look easy.

Do you concentrate on driving your heels down on each press? Sorry to log jump and give unsolicited advice, but I couldn't tell.

Thanks BtB, comparing the 110 with the last time I doubled it a month ago the bar was moving a lot faster.

Advice is welcome in my log, that's the main reason I upload videos. I try to, but it's something I need to work on, still not got the feel for it.

22/08/12 - Extra/GPP

Lateral Raise/Hammer Curls
12kg's x 12/12 x 3

Rear Laterals
4.5kg's x 30,25,25

Vibe Plate
8mins stretching hips out

Floor to Ceiling Bag
8 x 45sec rounds/30sec rest

Got me off my ass and sweating.
