A lot better, hips felt good going into the hole now lets see if I can stay with that adding weight on Monday.

Thanks mab, the pauses killed me, hopefully building some good squat grind though.

Bloody knackered today, will hopefully get in garage this afternoon rather than later on. Slingshot bench but I don't really have the energy. Last session of the volume block today, will be hitting some decent PB's next week.

13/07/12 - Bench II

Reactive Slingshot Bench
110kg x 4 @8
112.5kg x 4 @8
115kg x 4 @8
117.5kg x 4 @8
120kg x 4 @8.5 PB This was a triple at 9 last week, felt easy today.
120kg x 4 @9

2brd Press
97.5kg x 4 @8
100kg x 4 @8
102.5kg x 4 @8
102.5kg x 4 @8
102.5kg x 4 @8
102.5kg x 4 @8.5

Close Grip 3brd
80kg x 8
85kg x 8 x 2

Inverted Rows
BW x 10 x 5

Setup was spot on today. Kept adding weight with the RSling bench and it kept feeling easy, didn't expect to get much passed 115kg but smashed it.

2 brd was alright and close grips finished my tri's completely.
