Thanks mab. I like them, nice and easy, no need to play around with adjustable DB's. Bench eccentrics have stopped beating me up so much since I started doing light bicep stuff.

Mini-band upper back/shoulder complex.
Soft tissue work with barbell end for internal rotation.
Soft tissue work with ball for chest and upper back.
Band stretches for hams and hips.

Deadlifts flew up today, opened the back door and got a fan blowing, was still dripping but managed to keep the bar dry with no grip issues.

Rather than high bar and oly shoes I went with competition style squats today and found a decent bar position. I still suck at these but I think they'll help.

Some quality work done today, very happy.
