Can't find a consistent stance/bar position/footwear. I need to review my squat vids from this passed year. Low bar is where I feel best but I've been struggling to get my right shoulder into a decent position lately. It seems minor on the picture I'll attach but it throws me off and stresses my shoulder. Need to stick with a particular set-up and stop changing shit.

I've just recently moved my bar position a little higher and everything feels much, much better. No elbow pain, my squats are more upright. It's great. I'm not going *high bar* just a little bit higher.

What are you doing with your hands in that picture? Are you gripping the bar? Have you tried either moving wider or moving the bar higher?

I've been playing with various bar positions, higher and lower, and its always the same, left feels locked in, right feels off, my scap struggles to get into a decent position.

In the picture I'm gripping thumbs over and using more the base of my thumb to stay tight, its always worked well for me. Played around with a full grip last couple sessions which is ok but again my right shoulder doesn't get into position and a lot of stress is put on my wrist instead.

Ye it's all good going down but last couple session just haven't had any pop out of the bottom and my hips have felt horribly tight. Next session will be better even if it takes me and hour to warm up.

Loving benching at the moment, if I can keep this roll going when the volume drops off I'll be happy.

Toe is still fat and purple with bruising up the foot now. Must admit, I didn't get it checked out, its painful to walk on but there's not a lot of walking in the powerlifts .

Decent bench session incoming.

Medium Grip Bench
95kg x 3 @8
97.5kg x 3 @8

BTNP
40kg x 8 x 2
42.5kg x 8 x 3

Band Ass. Chins
blue x 9,9,8,7,7

Can't get enough bench right now. Pauses were pretty solid. Form got sloppy on the medium grip but they were still fast, eccentrics started to beat me up though.
