Couldn't grip the bar today, never had a problem until recently and I'm confident its the shallow as **** knurling along with my insane ability to sweat buckets. Led to some sub-par form and pulls. Anyone in for donating a Texas bar?
No but you can live in my basement if you do dishes each night,

Thanks LtL, it was a bloody humid day.

Close Grip 3brd
60kg x 5 @7

70kg x 8 x 3 @7.5/7.5/8

Inverted Row
BW x 10 x 5

Long day of work and wasn't in the mood today. May have broken my little toe as I was getting ready to go in too, it's now very fat and purple. Didn't have much of an affect though.

Once I got going everything felt good. Really happy with my setup and I'm confident I'm going to make some good progress with bench over the next few months.

Hard to accelerate off the 2 board, should help my press and the 3 board CG's feel so much better than the full ROM.

Stole the inverted rows from Fazc, really good back movement and no pressure on lower back from bending over.

Loving bench right now especially with the volume.

Nice work. Are you driving through your heels at the bottom? Difficult to tell with your hyper flexible foot position

Ye I get really good drive like that, it looks a lot different to what it feels but it seems to work. It opens up my hips quite a bit and lets me arch a lot better too.

Lamar Gant put his stance out like that a well while Benching, so you're in good company.

The inverted rows are awesome, will be doing some in the morning I think.

At least they are resilient little bugger. Hope it doesn't keep you from lifting.

02/07/12 - Squat & Deadlift

Squat
Worked up to some triples at 140kg, they felt terrible so called it.

14" Deadlift
160kg x 3 x 2 @8/8
165kg x 3 x 2 @8/8
167.5kg x 3 x 2 @8.5/9

Head wasn't in it today, can't seem to get squats going at all lately, they just don't feel right.
