14/06/12 - Deadlift & Squat

Deadlift
60kg x 4, 100kg x 3, 135kg x 2, 160kg x 1 @7.5

185kg x 2 @8.5
192.5kg x 2 @9 +2.5kg?
200kg x 2 @9.5 +10kg PB

HB Paused Squat
60kg x 3, 100kg x 3 @8

110kg x 5 x 3 @9/9.5/9.5

RDL/Ab Rollouts
60kg/BW x 8/15, 8/15, 10/15

Didn't want to do too much today, decided to hit a top set with deads and not bother with sets across today. Pretty happy repping 200 and form wasn't too bad.

Squats were tough but only a lack of energy and strict pauses, called it at 3 sets.

Was dead and stiff going into this. I knew 132.5 should have been the top set, but I went for a PB anyway. Didn't have anything left but still a good session and I'm happy with form.

Still not a fan of close grip bench, maybe play with some boards next time seen as I've made them, see how my full bench compares.

Some much needed rest now, I feel beat after these few weeks.
