7am gym was like a kick to the balls today. Right shoulder doesn't feel good, right bicep and elbow taking a beating and really just looking forward to a rest from benching.

93kg weigh in today which is the lowest its been in weeks. Still following carb back loading principles and plan to stick around 92-3kg. Counted calories yesterday to see where I'm at as I eat pretty much the same thing everyday and adjust the evening carbs for how I'm feeling. This is a basic day, didn't add any carbs other than sweet pot and fruit so this is the bare minimum I get a day: ~3000 cals, c/p/f ~ 20/40/40, ~175g protein from meat and eggs and all fats from meat, eggs or peanut butter.

I can run on little to no carbs quite easily and often I'll just add in some nice fatty chicken thighs or something rather than carbs and have a carb up every once in a while.
