Didn't want to bench but got through. Shoulders feeling rough, need to get on top of mobility sessions today.

Elbows feel ok most of the time, tendons around the right one a little sore but nothing major. Shoulders will be fine once I get some upper back soft tissue stuff and stretching done.

Right now though I have no energy to do anything but sit on my ass and eat.

Cheers Mike, felt a lot easier than last time round even on a bad day. Also, I actually got off my fat ass last night and did some mob work and felt a lot better today, was also a good excuse to go back and have 2nd dinner followed by 2nd pudding.

15/04/12 - Bench 6x6/Squat 6x3

Bench
60kg x 3, 70kg x 3 (Skipped 40kg by accident, shoulders were warmed up though)

80kg x 6 x 6

Squat
60kg x 5, 80kg x 3, 100kg x 2, 120kg x 1

130kg x 3 x 5
130kg x 5

Paused Squat (More for stretching)
60kg x 10

Bench was fine today, plenty of warming up, pull aparts, dislocations and shoulder horns.

Squat felt good for the first time in a while, so went ahead with the 6x3 and got a couple of extra reps on the last set. Belt doesn't feel right but I think that's the 3kg I've put on over easter, got rid for some sets and then added it very loosely to breath out to. Bought some compression shorts in the hope of keeping my hips/thighs warm and maybe give some bounce, felt fine today. Reps got better as they went along, just need to sort bar position/shoulder mobility out. Should be back on top of squats in no time.

Finished with some nice easy paused reps to stretch out a little.

Squats looked strong. Your setup and form reminds me of Pull.

Squats to Slayer always makes them easier.
