I look away for a bit and I come back to a benchaholic! Wow. great stuff. I think you have a huge number coming up soon with your bench.

29/03/12 - Bench 8x4/Deadlifts

Bench
40kg x 5
60kg x 5
75kg x 5

90kg x 4 x 8

Deadlifts
60kg x 5
80kg x 5
100kg x 3
120kg x 1
140kg x 1
160kg x 1

Not a bad session, tried to get belly bigger but that seems about all I can do right now, will keep working. All bench sets, warm-ups included were over in 31 mins so pretty good going still and tried to finish fast.

Wanted to go heavy with the deads but benching is already beating my lower back up with the hardest day yet to come so stuck with deload and did a few lightish singles.

95kg x 3 x 10 in two days, that should be fun.
