Get it next time JT. I'm sick and my brain is playing tricks on me. I forgot what program you are using right now. Are you benching once a week right now or more frequently?

No worries BtB, still running 5/3/1. Heavy bench once a week with CGBP in 6-8 rep range as assistance on military day. May have been an off day but my bench has always lagged behind the progress of my dead and squat with 5/3/1.

Presentation done and I have just gotten home and crashed so I will be back in the morning .

Followed by lots of rolling, stretching, chicken, bacon, cheese and broccoli.

Not the best, wanted to push for reps today but knee was still a little iffy and squats felt a bit off in general. Assistance all felt good. An easier week to follow and then more rep PB's, all I can think about is my next heavy deadlifts
