Thanks markievicz, hams were shaking on the last rep, love smashing rep PB's.


Here's the vids. PC's more to see if I'm doing anything right, I can't get the jump to feel natural. Deadlifts were pretty good, was gassed and hams were gone.

Staying healthy is my number 1 goal, too much time lost these last couple of months. But I'm feeling like I'm about to hit a good patch and I cannot wait to ride it out.

Much appreciated BtB, I hope to do great things with deads, the next couple of years should be fun.

My bench sucks, everything felt heavy and slow. 115kg at the meet felt faster and easier. Diet has been crap last 2 days and barely slept, had to push bench to this morning which is annoying as I'll be squatting tomorrow and military Sunday.

Knee has been playing up since deads so we'll see for squats tomorrow.

Bench may need a new approach but I'll see how the rest of this cycle goes. Busy day again but should be able to relax tonight and do some reading.
