Great job on the squat PR, and the deadlift session before very strong. I always have to pause for a few seconds once I get to about the 9th rep just to catch my breath!

Thanks everyone. The hip was a random pain, just made my right knee want to cave inwards, been lazy on the lower mobility/stretching recently and there's nothing there now. Ye, high rep deads kill me, but it's a love hate thing.

Contrary to what I though would happen today, my shoulder is feeling good after this mornings squats, really cannot wait to be back on track.

Cheers Al, all PB's are good PB's, can't wait to push squats again.

Started to feel good now, apart from the mountains of crap I've been eating these last few days. Coursework deadline tomorrow and then I can get back on track, should still be deadlifting tomorrow morning, we'll see.

Yesterday mornings session. Been a non-stop rush since.

14/02/11 - Deadlift 3x5

Deadlift (All Beltless)
60kg x 5
80kg x 5
100kg x 3

107.5kg x 5
125kg x 5
142.5kg x 5

Squats
70kg x 10,10,10

Not the best session, had hardly eaten the day before and got no sleep, still made cw deadline though. Deads felt heavy, but I'm going to stick with more beltless pulls, maybe keep 3x5 day beltless until the weights get heavier. Squats didn't feel good so I didn't see the point in carrying on, they were also irritating the elbow so I might leave squats out as assistance for now. The important work was done at least.
