Hoping so, it's been a while.

24/07/13 - Dead, Bench, Dead

Deadlift w/Belt
200kg x 1
180kg x 3
180kg x 3
180kg x 3
180kg x 3
180kg x 3+2

Reactive Slingshot Bench
127.5kg x 2
135kg x 2
130kg x 2
130kg x 2
130kg x 2

SLDL
120kg x 6 x 2

Curls

1km Loosener Run

Not bad, single felt slow. Haven't pulled heavy in a while so thumbs took a beating from the hook grip, strapped up for the last set and the pulls felt a lot better.

Bench was OK, not handled anything heavy like that in a while but started to get used to it.

My lower back hates SLDL's, they suck.

26/07/13 - Squat, Bench, Press

Pause Squat
120kg x 5
140kg x 5 PB
130kg x 5
130kg x 5

Bench (TnG)
92.5kg x 6
100kg x 6
100kg x 6
100kg x 6

Military 10min AMRAP
50kg x 6,5,5,5,5,3,3

Rear Felt Raise 10 breaths between
8kgs x 26..16..12..10

First legit PB in god knows how long. Maybe even a beltless PB without the pause. 130kg x 3 paused a week ago was a chore, 150kg x 3 with a belt on Monday was still slow. Getting stronger by the day and getting back to where I was. Wooh.

Bench and press still sucking but getting better.

29/07/13 - Squat, Bench, Press

Not bad. Heaviest I've gone beltless so probably a PB at 160kg. 180kg felt real slow but not been anywhere near that in a while. 160kg triples were ok, form off on some reps. As much as I don't like it, I've been putting my wrists under the bar as it lets me keep my upper back tight and more upright, hopefully the shoulder and elbow problems don't return.

Bench still feeling horrible, looks fine but shoulder/pec hates it right now, think I strained my left pec a month or so ago and need to loosen some junk up in there. 120kg was easy but I couldn't put more than ~80% effort in for fear of trashing shoulder.

Making them squats look easy JT. Strong bench too. Take care of them shoulders, and get that junk out of there. Bench is still strong regardless. Haha. I'd take a slow 200Kg deadlift anyday.

Thanks Mike, it seems as soon as one shoulder feels good the other goes off, getting there though.

Thanks ED, that's pretty much what runs through my head after every deadlift at the minute.

Thanks BtB, everything seems to have fallen into place again for squats and deads, no thinking just load up and go. PB's to fall soon.

31/07/13 - Dead, Bench & Dead

Deadlift w/Belt
190kg x 1
205kg x 1
190kg x 3
190kg x 3
190kg x 3
190kg x 3
190kg x 3+2

Reactive Sling Bench
110kg x 5
120kg x 5
120kg x 5
120kg x 5

RDL
120kg x 8
120kg x 8

Hook Grip Holds
160kg x 5s
190kg x 5s
Thumbs were way too beat already.

Reverse Curls

Feeling strong, moving like a freight train. Hook grip was playing up as the gym was a sweat box today. Started locking it up a lot tighter after the top single, it worked but did beat the shit out of my thumbs, should ease up soon enough.

Sod benching, shoulder feeling better but feeling weak/slow/creaky jointed every time I press.

02/08/13 - Squat, Bench & Press

Pause Squat
140kg x 3
150kg x 3 PB
150kg x 3
140kg x 3

TnG Bench
100kg x 4
107.5kg x 4
107.5kg x 4
107.5kg x 4
107.5kg x 4
107.5kg x 4

Military 8min AMRAP

Side Raises
12kg's x 12..10..7..5..4

Face Pulls
40 x 18..12..10..9..8

Not bad. I can not stand bench right now, that shit sucks. First 150 set sloppy pauses, second longer pauses and wiped me out.

Back to the old problems with full grip on squats, right arm flailing around because I find it impossible to tighten that lat.
