Qualifiers for what?
Ye, can't see me dropping to 90kg. I'll probably be around 96kg and get some mega bloat on the week before.

Nationals and single lifts I imagine, it's just one of the regional comps.

Cheers, agreed, really focused on smashing a decent total, haven't felt like this in a while.

21/06/13 - Squat, Bench, No Press

Squat High Bar, Oly Shoes
120kg x 6
130kg x 6
130kg x 6
130kg x 6

Deads
Pulled up to 180kg

RSling Bench
110kg x 6
115kg x 6
115kg x 6
115kg x 6

Trained a little out of the city with some friends, wasn't a big fan of the gym as we were told not to deadlift so loud. The guy gave us a key to his downstairs "dungeon" and that was a lot better. Quality olympic bar, platform and bumpers. Wasn't my deadlift day but pulled a little to make the most of it.

Maybe lift tomorrow but pretty monged after a late session.

Traps were still aching like a bitch this morning and triceps tender too.

Beltless lowbar is weak as shit, hopefully build up over the next month and have a positive effect on belted.

Bench felt pretty crap today too, numbers down there but picking up fatigue with the volume, it'll bounce back.

Pressing really loosened up my shoulders, could have tripled 80kg all day so bumped a little to fatigue.

Decided I'm not going to bother pulling twice a week, at least for now. Smashing upper back instead.

Thanks, still paying for those bloody shrugs.

26/06/13 - Dead, Bench, Squat

Deadlift
160kg x 4
170kg x 4
160kg x 1

2 Board Press
115kg x 3
120kg x 3
120kg x 3
120kg x 3

Lunges
40kg x 5
40kg x 5
40kg x 5
40kg x 5
40kg x 5

Today sucked. 170kg felt pretty good but form and lower back were off, couldn't pull anything after that.

2 board was ok, funky left shoulder but only with full ROM warming up. Need to get rid of some of the knots in my pecs tonight, tears will be shed.

Decided to drop the weight right back with lunges and do them properly, actually felt pretty good today.

Weighed in at 99.5kg today, probably the reason sessions have been crap, should be over 100kg still really. Bumping calories up to 3000-3500 daily.

Haha. I started using a lacross ball on my pecs recently and almost burst into tears at first. Good times.

Nice work lately JT. Crushing it.

Thanks Mike. Yup, I got in pretty good, they were still tender today but barely any tough crap left in there.

Yup, weight loss is on hold for a few weeks, I'm happy to maintain around 100kg rather than drop any more too fast. Not looking forward to the meet right now, need to turn shit around.

28/06/13 - Squat, Bench

Squat Heels & Hi-Bar
130kg x 4
137.5kg x 4
130kg x 4
130kg x 4

Reactive Slingshot Bench
117.5kg x 4
122.5kg x 4
122.5kg x 4
122.5kg x 4
122.5kg x 4

Not feeling too good today, will likely take some time out next week, couple light sessions or something. One week of medication left and then hopefully the joint ache side effects will alleviate and I can get back to more consistent training rather than the up and down days for the last couple months.

Also tightness around my lower ribs/intercostals or whatever it is that has strained a few times in the last year so trying to avoid another ping.
