a big back is where its at, you seem to be going about getting one in the right way. anyone can hit the gym when they are feeling great but its the sessions when you arent up for it that really count for me.

nice work

Caught up on some ab work last night, ab roller for 4 sets of 20 from knees, it was horrible but necessary. Then some light flexibility/mobility work on the upper ready for this mornings bench session.

Also, I logged into my bodyspace over at BB.com that I used for about a week early 2010 and found some old pictures and figures. Thought I'd make a comparison. The 2 pictures are from May 2010 and yesterday morning, roughly 158lbs/71.8kg to 195lbs/88.5kg.

It's only in 2011 that I have made solid progress, a lot has been learnt this year.

07/12/11 - Bench 3x5

Bench
40kg x 5
50kg x 5
60kg x 3

65kg x 5
75kg x 5
85kg x 5

Neutral Grip Pull-Up (Bench Superset)
6,6,6,6,5

Dumbbell Bench
30kg x 10,10
28kg x 10,10,10

Dumbbell Rows
30kg x 12,12,12,12,12

Tri Pushdown/Facepulls

Not a bad session, I am expecting some pretty big aches tomorrow. Read a few good articles recently and my back work seems to be really hitting home even if some is less weight/reps.

good session Turner....

nice comparison shot , you can see th eadditional mass you have put on... keep this progress going in 2012.

rome wasnt built in a day

p.s nice to see the guitar still there

edit: why not save that picture down in your albums folder and take a new pic every two months . would be cool for you to keep this as a progress folder...

Thanks markievicz, I intend to make 2012 an even bigger and better year for sure.

The guitar spends quite a lot of time there ha.

Good thinking, I'll figure the album out eventually. I have a few sets of progress pics saved on my comp, just not the oldest ones.
