LOL you guys

No I didn't run out of energy, I'm just feeling a little beat up from all the max 1RM work. I came back from the deload early if you recall, so I have actually been loading for 10 days which is usually when I start to fatigue. So all in all, I'm about the same despite my constant maxing out and PR'ing this week.

Fazc and I are going to be putting this log on hold for a bit.

I have 8 weeks until my meet and need some extra focus. Work has been kicking my butt and I need to get my act in gear.
