Good work simply controlling that much weight Faz, it's a big ask and, even if you didn't touch, it's still impressive.

Cheers Hazz, aye it gives me some small indication of what I should be able to handle in the full ROM.

Friday 10th February - AM

Power Clean and Press - 20kg x 5, 40kg x 3, 60kg x 1, 70kg x 1

Back out later for more Benching, Partial Squats and RDLs.

180kg/396lbs x 3

Benches were pretty rough, but well considering yesterdays 220k and this mornings press that's not too bad. Very happy with the Partial Squats and looking forward to taking that height down like I did with 300k. RDLs were totally raw and probably a raw PR.

Day off tomorrow and my training week starts on Sunday.
