Nice one Steve, you get to 300 seated military press before I made it on squat All your lifts are beastly right now.

500 pound deficit deadlift SB, laughing at the absurdity of that strength.

It's only a matter of time before Faz goes heavy again and joins this Herculean party.

I wish you 3 guys could come into my gym and show that 'power sh*t' is actually rather useful

Default PR as I can't recall putting more than 80kg over my head while standing in recent years. I mostly do seated press but I like the way this feels on my shoulders.

Did this morning session in the afternoon, I'll be training later doing some light squats and pulls.

Thanks Tank, to be honest I got a little carried away this week. We'll see how that pans out for the next week, especially since I may be competing next weekend.

I like them Steve. In fact I really like them, they make my entire shoulder/upper back area feel fantastic when I'm done. I'll stick with the daily max + back off work for them I think but perhaps be a little more cautious with the 'daily max' than in my evening workouts. 80kg is a paltry weight anyway, 100kg is the next stop.
