I did some DB rows and some leg stuff but nothing too impressive. I have been sick since last thursday and can't quite kick all the mucus out of my chest. Gettin better everyday but i just need it to be over so i can get some solid training in.

As the bulk goes i had my self up to a solid 215 over the holidays but have stumbled back under 210 with the recent illness. Goal right now is to get to 220 by any means necessary and get my strength up to compete in that PLing class. Fat is strength and i need some of both!

Ya i have and actually have hit 495x3 before so strength is definitely down. Fatigue was playin a huge role with the illness so i hope i can recover here quickly.

Hack Squat Sled

This absolutely destroyed my quads. The first 3 singles i think i did every 30 seconds and then it just turned into a grind.

Leg ext, curls, and calf raises.....i did these for the 3 time this week with some high volume just tryin to throw as much of it at my legs as i can. If i can walk then i'm not overtraining and if the legs are willing then so am i. If i'm ever to get back on a stage and take a trophy i'm gonna need some wheels and 1 day a week hasn't been workin so lets see what happens if i throw some mass amounts of volume at them a few times a week.
