Actually felt good overall, just some twinges in the hip, which usually means some nerve irritation. It was bothering me before I started, so it is deadlift unrelated. I will hang upside down for a while , do some McKenzie stretches and I should be good to go.

I am really liking the 5/3/1. Stress free lifting. Get in, work the plan and let the plan work.

Diet wise, Sticking to my food list for the most part. Noticed I was adding some weight eating the traditional 6 meal routine so I returned to a modified IF. I have a protein shake upon waking and then only BCAA until Lunch time. I have pushed that back until closer to 1 to give me more time in the fast. I am going to read the Berardi report this weekend and may make some more tweaks. Will no more after weigh in and measurements on Friday.

Sent you an e-mail, bro! Yes, join us, this would be too cool. Yes, I have been very busy (hotel-business issues), next time I wll post a quick post and let you both know. I was only given a few hour notice before I had to commute to the other hotel. And, likewise, I had to adjust the timing of my training and make changes on how I planned my meals and whatnot in my personal journal I carry with me.

I have been commuting back and forth from 2 hotels due to employees issues, and being on the internet was spotty. I have some of the employee issues ironed out, and at my base hotel now. And, will be on regularly from this day forward barring any other business issues. Been working out in the AM and driving 4+ hours per day, and staying some days at the other hotel (rest days from training). Bam, I will always be training bro. People come and go in personal-fitness, but when the smoke clears, I will be standing my brother. Cause' the spark is within and does NOT have traditional dependencies. In between the above, I also have to keep a schedule with G-ma, and keep her training going, that I prepared for her, and she needs me at home for this 2 times per week. She is doing better on different kidney meds, that she received last week.

Today was a long day, lol, buh, I was long on tough though. Drove back from the other hotel, and got home at about 2AM or so. Drove to the home base business at about 8AM, worked a few hours, and then drove back home, trained lower, slept a few more hours, and now at work (3 to 11) training another employee (he is watching a video). I normally train lower in the AM, but had to make an adjustment by a few hours to allow some rest. Don't worry too much for small adjustments like this. Its more important just to work it in the flow of life. I am staying lean, and the plan is to get even leaner, DURING the holidays. I will show how I plan ahead (with adjustments in carbohydrates and training) so I can eat like an oversized pig and stay just as lean during the holidays. After this, (around January), the plan changes.

GOOD WORK BAM!

Looking forward to seeing how the Holiday plan is going to be worked. I realized that eating the traditional Bb 6 meals a day was adding BF so I went back to my modified IF formula. I too want to stay lean and mean through the Holidays. I want to make sure there is a reason for everyone giving me new clothes come Christmas.

I realize real life is keeping you on the run. Drop me a quick note if you are gonna be tied up, helps me know how to pray. Keep on pressing on.
